Our 30 day challenge is designed to help you fall (maybe back) in love with strength and fitness training.

In just 30 days we’re going to challenge you to increase your strength, improve your fitness all while becoming more confident.

WHATS INCLUDED:

8 x PT sessions in our small groups (max 3 people)

Structured Training so that you are guided throughout and guaranteed to progress

Individualised Training Program so that your individual needs are catered for

Goal Setting and Tracking so that you can monitor your progress and feel more inspired along the way

Weekly Accountability so that you are able to become consistent and disciplined!

Joining a new gym or starting a new fitness routine can feel scary! Not with us.

Meet with one of our coaches over coffee or a short phone call to understand where your fitness is currently and to map out the path to feeling stronger, fitter and more confident!

Your personal training journey will begin with a FREE 1-1 movement consultation, in this session we will meet you where you are at so that you feel empowered, motivated and inspired at the start of your fitness journey.

No, everyone’s perception of ‘fit’ is totally different and it’s our job to help you improve yours. We have members of all ages, abilities and can cater to all.

We have 33 sessions Monday-Friday. Visit the Training page to see our timetable.

Up to 60 minutes.

Yes, we allow 2 out of 3 spaces to be reserved for any session, this helps your scheduling and routine.

If you’ve had clearance from your doctor or physio then we can still train around your injuries. It’s important that you don’t lose momentum.

We have a 16 hour cancellation policy, please give enough time when cancelling or rearranging sessions so you don’t lose credits.

Before terminating your personal training membership we require 30 days notice.

Your session credits are live for a month that runs 26th-26th. We have a flexible booking system that means you can book sessions around your changing diary.
