Unlike other gyms, we know all of our members individually, we understand why you’re here, what you want to achieve and we will support you through every action to achieve your goal. You matter to us!

More than a gym

A strong part of BSF is the supportive community that runs throughout the gym, whilst on your journey you’ll meet and connect with like-minded people. We believe in the saying: if you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.

My love for fitness has evolved over the years, what began as something that solely helped me as a rugby player quickly turned into a pivotal part of how I live every single day. Training allows me to get so much more out of my life, I love the fact that I can say yes to whatever is thrown my way, whether that’s 80 minutes on the rugby field, a triathlon or these days chasing around after my 3 and 1 year old sons. Outside of BSF you can expect to see me at Paddy’s layby fuelling my coffee addiction or along the Oxford road on a slow plod.

Strength and fitness has always been a constant in my life, all the way back to my gymnastics days. It sounds cliche but the gym truly is my happy place and allows me to be the best mum possible to my babies (including chasing my 3 year old round a rugby pitch for 80 minutes, thanks Jack). Outside of BSF, glimpses of me are rare as I’m usually up to my elbows in nappies but try a local park and you may spot me!
